As part of your 3 minutes you may want to include a distinctive sequence that uses key imagery form your drama.
Try to factor this into your step outlines/storyboard.
Whilst some members of the group are creating logos and the title jpeg, others can be developing this.
Below are some good ones you might want to think about but look at others to get inspired...
